Process pdf:
Myca stool/ side tableThe process started by many sketches, narrowed down on one final design. Afterwards we created maquettes to see the size and the shapes in their physical form. This step helped us to have a better idea of the dimenstions and make modifications when needed. After wards we created our final pieces on Illustrator to prepare our files to be cut by the CNC machine.
Afterwards, we cut our pieces with the CNC machine. Then, the pieces were seperated with the Band Saw, sanded, and varnished. The final pieces were assembled. At this step, We analysed different angles of our stool/ side table, and we decided to change the shape of some pieces.
We finalized our Illustrator files, and repeated all the steps to achieve our desired Myca stool/ side table.
